On a final hearing, a decree was entered, dismissing the cross-bill, ascertaining the amounts due the creditors respectively, directing a sale of so much of the real estate’ as would be sufficient to discharge the debt; and, in case the proceeds of the sale should prove insufficient for the purpose, then the same should be distributed pro rat& among the creditors!
